Coach House Works – NG Bailey

Client: NG Bailey Facility Services Ltd, Ilkley

Following our successful tender submitted to Perito Building Consultancy Ltd, we liaised with English Heritage and Environmental Consultants and investigated defective timbers from a designed working platform scaffold.

Following a structural engineering report on the building, we stripped and fully replaced the timber under cloaking and rafter members with impregnated treated timbers, whilst maintaining a weatherproof structure to the wedding accommodation.

The stone slates were refixed, and all gutters and flashings reformed to the required standards. The structural steel trusses and timbers were treated and decorated to complete the project and hand back to the client.
