Demolition and Refurb – Three Lane Ends Academy

Client: Three Lane Ends Academy, Castleford

Progressing from a detailed refurbishment and demolition survey, these works were completed during the school summer term recess.

We carried out enabling works and stripped back and renewed concrete and suspended timber floors to classrooms, halls, and corridors. We provided complete specialist damp and preservation recommendations. And installed new suspended ceilings, formed new external door openings, ramps and associated works. This project also involved installing new power and lighting circuits and fittings.

Finally, the staff kitchen and WCs were refurbished at Three Lane Ends Academy and we renewed internal decorations and floor finishes for the start of the new school year.
